INTER-KULTUR was founded in Düsseldorf in 1992 by Dr. Ruth Kessel, and has been managed by her ever since. Dr. Kessel has many years of experience in German as a foreign language, and is considered an expert in the field of German language training. The programs offered by her and her team have received high praise from participants around the world.

All INTER-KULTUR trainers are university graduates who have obtained their master’s degree, passed their state examination, or earned a doctorate. German is, of course, their native language.
