Requirements analysis
In a detailed interview we gain information about the professional and private situations in which the participant will need to communicate over the short, medium, and long term as well as about the company and the individual responsibilities.
We also discuss any prior experiences when learning a foreign language. What are the strengths and weaknesses, likes and dislikes? For participants with previous knowledge, we carry on a conversation in German and complete a test to obtain a precise understanding of existing language skills.
Planning
Based on this analysis, we develop a tailor-made program that meets the individual goals, needs, and priorities precisely.
This program is enriched by carefully selected course materials. These include company related worksheets designed for the participant, current texts from the media and professional journals, proven INTER-KULTUR resources, and recent publications with objectives and content based on The Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
